Russia x Sick!Reader Lovesick?

...Russia...? You gulped. Russia, for lack of a better description... TERRIFIED YOU TO THE POINT OF NEAR INSANITY-INDUCED NIGHTMARES! (Karkat?) You didn't even know the real reason behind it! He was just cold and cruel and cute- wait, what? You shook your head clear of those thoughts and answered the phone reluctantly.
"Hello?"
"Privet, (name). I heard from the others today that you were not feeling well. I was wondering if you would be okay with me coming over to help you get better?"
"Ummm... Well..."
"I know... You're probably unsure about me. But I promise things will be fine, da~? No worries!"
"...Sure. I look forward to seeing you, Russia."
You didn't know why you agreed... You just felt bad for fearing him the way you did. You had talked to his sisters and the Baltics to find out more about him. Unfortunately, the poor guy had a pretty rough time as a child. The fact that he cared about you so much made you feel special.

'My ceiling...?' You thought to yourself.
You sat up and felt full of energy. You smiled and started to thank Russia, only to find that he had fallen asleep while watching over you. Looking next to you, you found some borscht and a weak soda to help you feel better. You couldn't believe he would go through all this trouble for you...
You felt your fear begin to ebb away. You ate the food gratefully and looked over at Russia, who was starting to wake up. You, of course, didn't notice.
You kissed his cheek and hugged him. You were surprised when you felt him blush and hug you back. You looked up at him and giggled. His cheeks turned pink and he lowered his head slightly to hide his face behind his scarf. You sighed happily and gently kissed his nose, enjoying this new game of yours.
What you didn't expect was a counterattack. He kissed you on the lips. You jumped at first, but then melted into it. You both pulled back after what felt like an eternity, but was probably only three seconds.

"I love you too, Russia."
